Melissa is a counselor at TMHS and co-teaches Timnath Ambassadors. This is her 20th year as a school counselor in PSD. Before coming to Timnath, she was a high school counselor and student leadership teacher at Fossil Ridge. Prior to her time in PSD, Melissa taught Spanish and French in Thompson School District and enjoyed many years coaching the cheerleading team. She is a big Rams fan and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in School Counseling from Colorado State University. Outside of school, Melissa loves spending time with her husband and two sons. In addition to family time, she also enjoys good movies, crafting, trying new restaurants and food, and spending time with friends.   She loves her job - supporting students as they navigate their high school journey brings her immense joy.  Go Cubs!
