Marci Kincaid loves teaching Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) at Timnath Middle-High School. She is starting her 21st year in education. Throughout her career, she has taught children in preschool through high school.
Marci is passionate about all subject areas within FACS. She feels privileged to get to share her passions in the classroom with her students!
Marci attended Colorado State University where she earned her degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She also has her master’s degree in Reading and Literacy. Her teaching endorsements are in Family and Consumer Sciences and Early Childhood Education.
When she’s not teaching, Marci loves spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have two children. Their son is a freshman at Colorado School of Mines. Their daughter is a sophomore at Timnath. Most of Marci’s free time is spent attending her kids’ activities and events - which she loves. Marci also enjoys being outdoors taking long walks with her golden retriever, Lola, paddle boarding, and doing yoga. When the weather doesn’t cooperate, you can find her baking or watching HGTV.
As a long-time Timnath resident, Marci is proud and honored to a teacher at TMHS. Go Cubs!
