Anne Tarkinson

Academic Dean

Anne Tarkinson is proud to be the Academic Dean at Timnath-Middle High School.  This is Anne's 14th year as an educator.  Prior to being at Timnath, Anne has taught in a variety of educational settings.  She started her career off as a high school teacher in England and after moving back from overseas, she worked for a charter school in Loveland for 6 years.  She was also a teacher at Preston Middle School in Fort Collins where she has had the opportunity to teach a variety of science courses and electives to 6th , 7th and 8th grade students.  Anne has received all her degrees from Colorado State University. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology, a post-bachelor's degree in secondary science education and a master's degree in educational leadership/ administration.  Go Rams!  In her free time, Anne loves being outside. Hiking up the canyon or kayaking on one of the many lakes in this great state truly solidifies Anne's love for Colorado.  Anne also has a passion for traveling, exploring new cultures and cooking.
