Assistant Unified Basketball Coach

My name is Ale' James. I am in my 8th year teaching Integrated Services ILS and 11th year in Poudre School District. I started my journey in PSD as a Paraprofessional at Boltz Middle School, then student taught at Rocky to then start my first year teaching at Boltz Middle School in their Autism/ILS program. I transitioned to Fort Collins HS (as Boltz no longer has an ILS program) and was with the Lambkins for the past 5 years. I was so excited to re-start the Cubs pride and traditions in starting the ILS program here at Timnath Middle-High School. I look forward to helping create a UNIFIED culture here within TMHS with our amazing student body for Unified classes, sports, and extracurriculars. I also am the head high school girl's volleyball coach, assistant Unified HS basketball coach and head Unified MS basketball coach. It is a joy to work with both athletes and students to gain valuable life skills for being kind and classy humans of the world. I also help lead trips through EF Tours to explore the world! Ven conmigo on a trip!

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies (especially chick flicks and new Marvel films), water color painting, playing Spikeball, supporting Unified (and other sports and extracurriculars) and adventuring through Colorado and the world. My favorite places I have visited recently are: Spain (Camino de Santiago), Belize, Florence, Italy, Costa Rica & Panama, and Greece.

Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your child's journey!
