Gabbie Andreozzi has been teaching art for three years in Poudre School District, with this year being her second at Timnath Middle High School. She is more than excited to be a part of the Cub community this year and to continue to help the already amazing art department grow into a place where creativity blossoms.
She went to Colorado State University for a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with concentrations in Metalsmithing & Jewelry and Photography and has lived in Fort Collins for the past 7 years.
Things that fill Gabbie’s cup outside of her role at TMHS include: spending time working on her own artwork, cooking, traveling to new places, curling up on the couch with a good book and Alfredo the cat, camping and hiking in the beauty of our incredible Colorado outdoors, going to concerts, and taking time to connect with friends and family.
Gabbie Andreozzi loves teaching because when kids create art, they dream! Seeing their imagination take flight inspires her every day, and being able to be a part of their creative growth is so special. Art is so important for kids to discover and learn about themselves, connect with each other and build community, express their feelings and hopes for the present and future, and reflect on the world around them. She is so excited for her students to discover their unique artistic voices in an environment where they are heard!
