I am so excited to be part of the 6th-grade team at TMHS! Previously, I taught at a small international school in Costa Rica before moving back to Northern Colorado to work at Poudre High School and Peakview Academy at Conrad Ball. I also supported students at TMHS in a paraprofessional role during our inaugural year! 

Fun facts about my teaching career: I started teaching in 2017 after graduating from CSU in the fall of 2016. I have taught all secondary grade levels, but have spent the most time with 6th and 9th graders. In the 2024-2025 school year, my dog Zirkel won the title of FoCo Top Dog; I graduated with my master's degree from UNC in December; and my daughter was born near the end of the school year!

When I am not teaching, you can find me hanging out with my daughter Rayah, reading and snuggling with our cat, Cooper, or escaping to the mountains to hike or backcountry ski with my husband and our two boxer dogs, Zirkel and Nokhu.
