Rachael has more than 20 years of experience teaching special education in Colorado and South Carolina. Born and raised in South Carolina, she has proudly called Fort Collins home since 2004.

Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston. Go Cougars! She later completed her Master's Plus 30 degree at the University of South Carolina, specializing in mild intellectual disabilities. Go Gamecocks!

Throughout her career, Rachael has taught students in kindergarten through fifth grade, middle school, and most recently, providing transition programming for students ages 18–21.

Outside of school, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, being outside and all things SEC football. She is truly honored to join the PSD and Timnath communities and is thrilled to begin a great new school year!
