**Teacher Profile Bio**

Troy has been in education for 18 years, with experience in special education and educational leadership. He focuses on building strong relationships, creating supportive learning environments, and helping students develop the academic, behavioral, and life skills they need to succeed.

As the ACE Coordinator, Troy leads career skills programming and oversees three student-operated businesses within the school: a coffee shop, car detailing business, and apparel business. Through these programs, students gain hands-on experience in responsibility, communication, teamwork, customer service, and workplace skills.

Troy believes every student can grow when given the right support, expectations, and opportunities. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and watching them grow and pursue their own interests.
