Angela Polenz was hired to teach physical education at Timnath Middle-High.  Specifically she will teach MS 7-8 Physical Education, and HS PE-1, team sports, individual sports and Yoga.  As a certified yoga instructor, Ms. Polenz is excited to extend her knowledge and love of sports and yoga to HS students.  Angela is beginning her 22nd year as a physical education teacher in PSD.  Along with teaching at TMHS, she is coaching MS girl's tennis, MS girl's basketball, MS girl's softball.

Coach Polenz loves being a part of the Timnath community and continues to be part of creating new cub traditions.  She values helping students and athletes reach their highest potential.

Outside of school Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, extreme sports, and embarking on new adventures.
