Angela Polenz was hired to teach physical education at Timnath Middle-High.  Specifically she will teach MS 8th grade Physical Education, HS team sports, FRCC basketball/volleyball, HS individual sports, FRCC Yoga and FRCC Yoga II.  As a certified yoga instructor, Ms. Polenz is excited to extend her knowledge and love of sports and yoga to HS students.  Angela is beginning her 26th year as a physical education teacher in PSD.  Along with teaching at TMHS, she is coaching MS girl's tennis, MS girl's basketball, MS girl's softball.

Coach Polenz loves being a part of the Timnath community and continues to be part of creating new cub traditions.  She values helping students and athletes reach their highest potential.

Outside of school Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, extreme sports, and embarking on new adventures.
