Acacia is a Colorado-based Visual Arts Educator who believes that creativity is one of the most powerful ways we can connect and understand the world around us. She comes from a family deeply rooted in Northern Colorado that has always valued creativity and making things by hand. Her great-grandparents were dairy farmers in Timnath, and their barn has been preserved for everyone to visit now. Outside of the classroom, you'll find her enjoying time with her husband and two sons who are students in Poudre School District as well. She loves live music, growing flowers, the great outdoors and a good nap.
